Chordmaster - Terms of Use, as of January 21, 2020

Chordmaster (hereinafter referred to as "app") is an app by developer Michael Walter (hereinafter referred to as "developer"). By using the app, the user (hereinafter referred to as "user") confirms that they have read and understood these terms of use and expressly agree to them.

Use: The app is made available to the user for a fee. For the purchase, a valid registration in the Appel App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play Store (Google account) (both hereinafter referred to as “Internet store”), along with the data stored there for user identification and payment processing, is required. The developer's offer is therefore partially made via internet stores and the associated infrastructure. The user uses such Internet stores regardless of the developer and the respective terms of use apply. No personal data is collected or stored via the app itself. The developer plans to further develop the app and to update any operating system updates (IOS / Android). However, the user has no legal claim to further developed versions of the app. The developer can stop developing the app at any time or remove the app altogether from the internet store. The functionality of the app on the end device of the user can be impaired at any time by operating system updates or similar changes that are beyond the developer's control.

Liability: Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the developer assumes no liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the app or in connection with the app. In the event of violations of these terms of use, as well as violations of the law and corresponding claims by third parties, the user expressly releases the developer from all liability and becomes fully liable to the developer for damages.

Legal: The developer can change these terms of use at any time. The user will be informed of such changes in a suitable manner. The user can stop using the app at any time. By continuing to use the app after notification of changes to these terms of use, the user expressly agrees to such changes. Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, the use of the app is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany with Düsseldorf as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
